In my dream, it happened exactly as you described it in class: my baby was in the right position as I pushed her/him out, she/he was laid on my chest immediately after delivery, Kevin briefly picked the baby up to cut the cord, then she/he was placed back on my chest and covered.
Of course, in the dream there was no pain and the delivery seemed to take only a few minutes!"

I labored at home for 9 hours then went to hospital..... I got the epidural like planed however, my epidural accidentally came out around 7 am and I labored without any drugs until 2:30 p.m.. In this time the dr. thought I was on an epidural so he examined me, broke my water and removed the ballon (I needed this to help dilate me)..none of that worked and I ended up with a c-section ..but it's ok cause I had a beautiful HEALTHY BABY AND THATS ALL THAT MATTERS!!!!!... anyway the point is that I was in extreme pain but because of your classes and you teaching me how to breath it was manageable and like you said in the class I always thought of the pain as a good pain that will be bringing me my baby and it really helped! Thank you so much for all that you have done, I will never forget it and I will be dropping your name to all my pregnant friends and recommending your class to all of them.

• "We wanted to share the news that our baby boy, Noah Ryo Mitsuse, was born at 12:32 AM on June 3rd; five days before the due date. I went into labor on Sunday following a nice long walk with my sister. We were at home for most of the labor, thankfully. Once we went to the hospital I lost a certain amount of control, though everyone was very nice and encouraging. I was 9 cm dilated when we arrived in delivery, so everything went incredibly quick. I did not have time to get an epidural, though at one point it was prescribed. Noah had not dropped enough and the doctor wanted to prevent stress for me and him. But, my sister spoke to him and he dropped almost instantly and the pushing began. Thank you for all your advice. Your class really prepared us for the birth of our son. We really enjoyed the mantra!"
